We were in an excellent location within a close distance from Dales Way.

The hotel had a stunning location next to Olicana Roman Fort. The airport was 20 km away. My suite was air conditioned, extremely pleasant.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

We booked suite, it was updated. The location was marvellous and lovely, so near the centre of town, the garden was beautiful.

The hotel is situated in a lovely countryside location, close to good restaurants and bars.

Great and lovely location 10 mins walk from the centre. Lots of lovely options for meal.

The rooms are beautifully furnished and have lovely views of the riverside gardens. The rooms are well decorated and offer beautiful views of the riverside gardens.

The room was spacious and had a TV and air conditioning. The lovely decor and comfortable bed made for a really enjoyable stay. Its riverside location was just a minute's walk from Ilkley Manor House.

It was a pleasant experience. Fairly clean, small hotel, I loved updated rooms and attentive staff. The restaurant was good for te price, I tried excellent dishes. Its service was excellent. The location was stunning, about 10-minute 

the location of the hotel was marvellous and stunning - within walking distance of millenium maize. what's more, it was just next door to riverside gardens, park and restaurants.

The whole experience was really nice, nothing was too much trouble. The place was fairly clean, the staff were super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating. I appreciated my updated room. The full English breakfast was good 

This place had a countryside location right by the riverside, close to the park, the theater, the river, the gateway to the Dales and the center of the town.

The hotel was a great value for money, offering affordable prices without compromising on quality. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the tastefully decorated dining 

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was modern, and the en suite was great; the best part was the lovely view of the river.

Brilliant place with affable staff. Brilliant and pleasant location. Set near the Riverside Gardens which makes taking the dog for the first and last walks of the day easy. Many bars, restaurants, and town 

The breakfast was delicious, with a nice selection of yogurt and well-cooked dishes. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to supermarkets and shops.
